Step 1

Qualification and experience are evaluated comprehensively based on the submitted application form to determine who is best suited for employment. Preference is given to people with special employment status (people of national merit, war veterans and disabled people, etc.) according to relevant laws and regulations.

Aptitude Test
Applicants are required to submit documents to validate the information provided in their application
form including job experiences and academic background. The documents will be verified in due course.

1st Interview
Working-level staff assess their job expertise and competencies. Applicants in the R&D field undergo a PT interview regarding their major subject. In the case of open recruitment, a debate-style interview and an LIST-2 virtual conference interview are additionally carried out.

2nd Interview
In the presence of the executives, applicants are comprehensively evaluated for their social skills,
personal strengths, and job competencies. Applicants are comprehensively assessed regarding their
suitability to join and fit into the organization.
